Please be aware that we provide a wide range of services to the telecom industry. These Terms of Use, which regulate your use of the Company's services, are a binding contract between you and DialSense Technologies.

Products or Services

Our customers can make, control, track, monitor, record, and participate in conference calls and interactive voice response calls by using DialSense's services. You can read about the services we offer by visiting https://dialSense.com/services/, where you will find a list of our offerings. In addition to providing information and technology services, DialSense is the owner of proprietary in-house software and unique business strategies pertaining to cloud communication services. Anytime, we have the right to stop selling any product.

Right to Use the Product

In line with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DialSense has agreed to grant you the non-exclusive, transferable, and revocable right to use the Service, and you agree to use the Service in compliance with such terms and conditions. If customers become aware of any violation of the End User Agreement that could have an impact on DialSense, they will notify DialSense right away. In order to prevent illegal access to or use of the Services, customers agree to take all reasonable precautions. They also agree to promptly notify DialSense of any such illegal access or use.

Except for the restricted use of accessing and using the Product, DialSense shall not be permitted to create any right or interest in the Exophone Numbers in favor of International Customers or its Authorized Users under this Agreement.
We use various routes to deliver messages that you or your end users initiate, and the dependability and support of particular features differ depending on the route.

Limitation of Liability

For any indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits, lost use, lost revenue, or loss of goodwill, DialSense Technologies shall not be liable to Customer or any third party. To lower the possibility of unauthorized access to or manipulation of Customer Data during transmission and storage, we use both physical and electronic security.

With the exception of any circumstances we specifically specify, the service and all services supplied to you via it are offered "as is" and "as available" for your use.

You acknowledge that we may occasionally suspend the service for an unspecified amount of time or terminate it at any moment, without providing you with prior notice. Some or all of the exclusions and limitations listed above may not apply to customers due to state or jurisdictional laws that prohibit the exclusion or limitation of certain damages.
